~ Not Suitable for Children ~

These One-of-a-kind custom dolls are crafted for display purposes only and are not suitable for play, so please handle with care. With delicate/fragile features and small parts, they are not recommended for children. These dolls are not childproof and may pose a choking hazard. Please keep them out of reach of young children, prioritizing safety.

 

~ Doll Care ~

Upon receiving your custom doll, you will find detailed care instructions tailored specifically to its unique features. Adhering to these instructions is essential for the ongoing maintenance, preservation, and prolonged enjoyment of your new One-of-a-kind dolls.

 

~ Doll Photos ~

For complete transparency, please note that all STUDIO photos (not the cover/IG photos) of our dolls represent their current state and have not been altered, except for color adjustments to match them as closely as possible to their appearance in real life.We strive to provide accurate and clear representations of our products. However, keep in mind that variations in monitors, lighting, and individual perception may lead to slight differences in color.

  

~ Packing ~

Each doll will be packaged securely and delicately, and they take some time to pack, so please be patient. Each doll is unique and requires different packing methods to ensure that they arrive safe and sound.

  

~ Shipping ~

Once your dolls are shipped, Haus of Hextian is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during transit. However, insurance is included with your DOLL purchases to provide coverage. Dolls are packaged securely, but we cannot guarantee the handling by the shipping carriers. Tracking number will be provided.

  

~ No Returns/Exchanges ~

 Please be advised that we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales of our dolls are final. Before completing your purchase, kindly review the product details and ensure that it meets your preferences and requirements.
